Whether you are dealing with a technical issue, a warranty concern, or simply require product advice, our team is here to assist and or direct you to one of our local dealers in any way possible.

We stand behind the quality of our offerings by providing warranty inspections on all Lusty distributed brand and products. For any items deemed warrantable or defective, we aim to deliver a prompt and fair resolution. Depending on the circumstances, products may be repaired to original standards or, where appropriate, replaced entirely, always with an emphasis on timeliness and customer satisfaction.


Warranty policies:

The warranty coverage is subject to the terms outlined as per brand policy and covers the product only in the case of manufacture defect. It does not cover products damaged due to normal wear and tear, negligence, misuse, improper care, natural breaking or fading of colours and materials over time and/or exposure. Unauthorized modifications are not covered. 

Claims without sufficient documentation may not be able to be processed and or may be declined.

Warranty policies may vary between brands and products so please ensure you check your warranty policy prior to claiming any potential warranty.

Where do I return an item for warranty:

Our amazing network of more than 2,000 trusted dealers across Australia is committed to providing exceptional support for all customer returns. Each dealer is thoroughly trained and highly proficient in handling the Lusty warranty and returns process, endeavouring to offer a smooth and hassle-free experience. Whether you need to return a product due to a defect, warranty claim, or any other issue, our dealers are well-equipped to guide you through every step of the procedure. To initiate a return, customers are required to contact the specific dealer from whom the product was originally purchased. This ensures accurate verification, faster service, and personalised assistance tailored to your purchase history.


What document(s) are required for warranty:

To return any product, the original receipt is required, showing that the item is within the warranty period (Please note that the warranty period may vary between brands and products).


Lusty Warranty & Returns Process:

If you have a product, you believe may be defective or eligible for warranty, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and efficient returns process: 

  1. Contact Your Original Dealer
    If the product was purchased through a dealer, please contact the same dealer from whom the product was originally purchased.
  2. Provide Proof of Purchase and Product
    Bring the original receipt along with the product in question, clearly showing the claimed defect.
  3. Initial Assessment by Dealer
    The dealer will inspect the condition of the product and ensure it is clean and ready for evaluation.
  4. Return Authorization Request
    If the product is considered potentially warrantable, the dealer will contact Lusty Industries to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  5. Product Inspection by Lusty Industries
    Once received, Lusty Industries will conduct a thorough inspection of the product in accordance with our warranty policy.
  6. Repair or Replacement
    Based on the outcome of the inspection, Lusty will either repair the product to original standards or issue a replacement, if applicable.
  7. Return to Dealer
    The repaired or replaced product will be returned to your dealer in a timely manner following the completion of the inspection and resolution.
  8. Final Dealer Check
    Upon receiving the product, the dealer will re-inspect it and confirm the outcome of the warranty process.
  9. Product Collection
    You may collect your product from your dealer at your convenience once the process is complete.


Warranty Inspection Requirements:

All warranty inspections must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. Products submitted without an RA number will not be accepted for inspection.

  • If the product was purchased through an authorised dealer, the dealer must contact Lusty Industries directly to request an RA number.

  • Important Requirements Before Sending Your Product:
  • Clean Condition: All items sent in for warranty inspection or repair must be thoroughly cleaned prior to shipping.
  • Shipping Responsibility: Products must be sent via prepaid freight and should be adequately insured with tracking. Lusty Industries is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

Once the inspection is complete, you will be contacted with the outcome and advised of any next steps, including whether the product will be repaired or replaced under our warranty policy.
